We now provide Victorian customers with the option of collecting their order from our warehouse.
To nominate collection, simply select ‘Click and Collect' at the check out.
Once your order is picked and ready for collection, we will contact you via email with a reference number.
Please take the collection confirmation email to our warehouse to pick up your order.
Please arrange the collection of your order within 7 days of receiving your collection confirmation email.
Where is the Arro Home warehouse?
Our warehouse is located at Crossdocks,14 Shiny drive, Truganina VIC 3029
The warehouse is open from 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
How long will my furniture item take to arrive?
After dispatch, items will take the below times to arrive at our courier's warehouse, from there you can book in a time suitable for you:

Please note, at times of high volume, orders may be delayed - please add 1 day onto transit times.

Our courier will be in contact to arrange a dropoff time that is suitable for you, there's no need to stress about missing your delivery!
How much will it cost to ship my furniture item?
The cost of shipping furniture items varies, please see the 'Shipping Calculator' on each product page for quotes.
Once you have ordered your product online, we know you want it in a hurry, so we endeavour to dispatch out to you as soon as possible! Please note during peak times and sale periods despatch can occur between 2-3 business days.

How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order is packed and dispatched, a tracking number is generated to follow your order. You can then track this consignment via Australia Post, USPS, Royal Mail or your applicable local carrier.
What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
We want to make sure your parcel will arrive in great condition and securely. Information about your dispatch will be emailed to you when your item leaves our warehouse. In some cases, a tracking number will be provided. We suggest providing a permanently attended address such as a work address so as to not miss your delivery.

How long will it take for me to get my order and how can I track it?

Will I have to pay tax and duties on my order?
Your order may incur local duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within your country. Payments of any duties and taxes is in the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
